Raghav started his professional career as a chartered accountant working with accountancy organizations such as Shyam Malpani, and Deloitte. He joined politicians in 2011, against corruption in India, also known as the India Against Corruption movement. He is also part of the (AAP) Aam Aadmi Party. Raghav established himself as the youngest national spokesperson of the AAP of India. At the age of 26, he was appointed AAP’s national treasurer. After that, Rajnath Singh, the Union Minister of Home Affairs, appointed Chadha as an advisor to Sisodia in April 2018. Then, he contested from New Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections in 2019.
